Arrival in Alanya, registration (accreditation) at the hotel entrance, check-in and settling in, free time. (Lunch and dinner buffet at the hotel)

DAY 2 (Friday, November 7)

08:30 Breakfast (at the hotel) and free time
13:00 Lunch (buffet at the hotel)
14:00 Departure for Alanya by bus
3:00 PM Departure to Alanya Castle by bus, descent to Damlataş by cable car, pier square, promenade walk, bazaar and shopping tour.
6:00 PM Meeting behind the old city hall and return to the hotel
7:00 PM Dinner (at the hotel)

DAY 3 (Saturday, November 8)

8:00 a.m. Breakfast (at the hotel) and
free time

12:00 p.m. Lunch (at the hotel)

1:00 p.m. COUNCIL MEETINGS (formal attire)

2:00 PM General Meeting (with all participants)
